Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to follow your order’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier’s system.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the courier service to locate your package. The House of Donna is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
